After 20 years of being a general contractor I was given the opportunity to learn the home inspection business. I got my license and for the last 21 years have been conducting home and commercial inspections. My reputation is for being very thorough. I make myself available to my clients, realtors, and attorneys during the entire home buying process . I have even had clients call me with questions years after the inspection was completed. RFH and Associates’ experience includes offering home inspection services to nearly 20,000 clients to date. In that time, we’ve learned what it takes to set us apart from other home inspectors. We are proud to play the part in the sale or purchase of your home. RFH & Associates was established in 1994 by Rich Handschuh. The first associate Rich hired and trained was Keith Pamper over ten years ago. The second associate Rich hired and trained was Gregg Dimpfl, the current owner of RFH & Associates.

Open Heart Magic
Since 2015, I have been a volunteer magician at Open Heart Magic, a nonprofit organization that supports children at their most critical times. I perform magic at the bedside of children in the hospital. I average seeing about 100 children a year. It is the most amazing thing I have ever done and I will continue seeing and cheering up sick children as long as I can walk. After 3 months of training, I was assigned a hospital and spend time every other week performing and teaching magic to children in the hospital in your community.
